Used, and played with. From my pet free, smoke free home. All are baby alive but the doll dress in yellow/pink is not. The two on the ends have wear- one has broken leg and missing an arm. The other has an arm that pops off but can be snapped back on. Minor marks/scratches on plastic from play. Baby in yellow giggles /coos / talks when stomach is pressed.
